我科近７年来收治支原体肺炎 (ＭＰ)伴肺外表现者４１例 ,均符合支原体肺炎诊断标准 ,且咽分泌物 (和 /或血液 )支原体ＰＣＲ检测均为阳性。其中男２２例 ,女１９例 ;１岁～２岁２例 ,～５岁３例 ,～１０岁１０例 ,～１４岁２６例 ,肺外表现 :心电图异常１７例 ,其中ＳＴ段压低
In the recent 7 years, our department treated 41 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) with extrapulmonary manifestations, all in line with the diagnostic criteria of mycoplasma pneumonia, and the pharyngeal secretions (and / or blood) mycoplasma PCR tests were positive. Among them, 22 cases were male and 19 cases were female; 2 cases were from 1 year old to 2 years old, 3 cases were ~ 5 years old, 10 cases were ~ 10 years old and 26 cases were ~ 14 years old. The extrapulmonary manifestations were abnormal electrocardiogram in 17 cases.
