中国社会形态问题是20世纪20年代末30年代初中国社会史论战争论的核心问题。但有关中国社会性质问题的论争在社会史论战中悬而未决。《食货》是20世纪30年代接踵社会史论战对这一问题进行深入探究、影响较大的主要学术刊物之一。其研究摒弃政论,注重材料,讲求方法,风格既与中国社会史论战迥异,论争也较论战时期大为深入,不少文章有一定深度,颇具学术价值。目前,有关中国社会性质问题的研究又重新引起学界的重视与关注。清理《食货》对中国社会形态问题的研究,对重新审视中国社会性质问题不无启示。本文主要论述《食货》对中国奴隶社会的有无与封建社会断限问题的探索。
The issue of Chinese social form is the core issue of the debate on the history of Chinese social history in the late 1920s and early 1930s. But the debate on the nature of China’s society is pending in the debate on social history. “Food goods” is one of the major academic journals that have made great efforts to probe into this issue in the 1930s after the social history debate. Its research abandons the political theory, pays attention to the material, emphasizes the method, the style not only has the very different polemics with the Chinese social history, the debate is also more profound than the controversial period, many articles have the certain depth, quite the academic value. At present, the researches on the nature of Chinese society have rekindled the academic attention and concern. To clean up the research of “food goods” on the problems of Chinese social form is not without enlightenment on reexamining the social nature of China. This article mainly discusses the “food goods” to explore the existence of slavery in China and the feudal society.
