本文应用项目管理成熟度模型(PMMM)理论从战略上提高项目管理的成熟度,应用业务流程重组(BPR)理论对企业实施管理变革,以房地产项目管理为核心,以开发流程为主线,将企业对项目的各项管理集成在一起,通过将业务处理标准化和管理核心流程优化并数字化,建立了房地产企业管理系统,达到过程控制、动态管理、信息共享和自动传递的目的,消除信息孤岛,实现协同工作,实现对房地产项目全过程的实时管理和对管理层的决策支持。
This paper applies project management maturity model (PMMM) theory to strategically improve the maturity of project management, and applies the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) theory to implement the change of management in the enterprise.
