2009年是不平凡的一年。面对严峻复杂的国内外环境,在党中央、国务院坚强领导下,全党全国各族人民坚定信心、迎难而上、万众一心、共克时艰,社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设以及生态文明建设和党的建设取得新的重大成就。各级纪检监察机关紧紧围绕党和国家中心任务和工作大局,认真贯彻落实党的十七大和十七届三中、四中全会精神,按照第十七届中央纪委第三次、四次全会和国务院第二次廉政工作会议的部署,围绕服务政府、责任政府、法治政府、廉洁政府建设,坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防的方针,全面加强和改进行政监察工作,充分发挥行政监察的职能作用,行政监察工作范围不断拓展、内容不断深化、方式不断创新、能力不断提高。
