研究血管紧张素 (1 7)对离体豚鼠心脏冠脉流量和心功能的影响 .采用Langendorff装置灌注离体心脏 ,记录冠脉流量 ,心率 ,左室内压及其最大变化速率 .结果显示血管紧张素 (1 7) (10 0 ,30 0nmol·L- 1)显著增加离体豚鼠心脏冠脉流量 ,但抑制心功能 .环氧化酶抑制剂吲哚美辛对血管紧张素(1 7)增加冠脉流量的作用无影响 ,而用一氧化氮合酶抑制剂L 硝基精氨酸甲酯处理后 ,血管紧张素(1 7)增加冠脉流量的作用被取消 .结果提示 :血管紧张素 (1 7)能舒张离体豚鼠心脏冠状动脉和损伤心功能 ,其舒张冠脉作用是由一氧化氮所介导
To investigate the effect of angiotensin (17) on coronary artery flow and cardiac function in isolated guinea pig heart.Coronary flow, heart rate, left ventricular pressure and its maximum rate of change were recorded by Langendorff apparatus perfusion.Results showed that vascular tension Supramolecular (17) (10 0, 30 nmol·L-1) significantly increased coronary flow in isolated guinea pig hearts but inhibited cardiac function. Indomethacin, an epoxidase inhibitor, increased angiotensin (17) Coronary flow had no effect, whereas treatment with nitric oxide synthase inhibitor L-nitro-L-arginine reduced the effect of angiotensin (17) on coronary flow.Conclusions: Angiotensin (17) can relax isolated guinea pig heart coronary artery and cardiac function, the role of diastolic coronary artery is mediated by nitric oxide
