目的:建立前列安通胶囊中苦杏仁苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Zorbax SB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6-m,,5μm);流动相:乙腈0.1%磷酸溶液(8:92);检测波长为210 nm;柱温35℃。结果:苦杏仁苷进样量在0.1606～3.212μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),样品平均回收率为98.41%,RSD=1.02%(n=6)。结论:此方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可用于前列安通胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of amygdalin in Qianlie AnTong capsule. Methods: Zorbax SB-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6-μm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (8:92). The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: The linear range of amygdalin injection was 0.1606 ~ 3.212μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.41% with RSD = 1.02% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Qianlie AnTong capsule.
