根据目前国内电厂燃煤锅炉的灰水闭式循环冲渣管路系统中存在的严重的腐蚀和磨损的问题，中科院金属腐蚀与防护研究所为此研制了改性SEBF熔融结合环氧涂层的冲灰管，对此进行了系统的研究和现场应用，取得了显著的防磨蚀效果，值得在同行业的重腐蚀环境中推广应用。
According to the serious problem of corrosion and wear existing in the ash-water closed-type flushing pipeline system of coal-fired boilers in domestic power plants, the Institute of Metal Corrosion and Protection, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has developed a modified SEBF fusion bonded epoxy coating Ash pipe, which have been systematically studied and field applications, and achieved significant anti-erosion effect, it is worth in the same industry to promote the application of heavy corrosion environment.
