改革开放以来,我国的民营企业几经徘徊、周折,发展至今,看似蓬勃强大,实际危机重重,瓶颈问题很多,可持续发展能力不足。随着我国市场经济体制的逐步健全和国际竞争的加剧,我国民营企业的生存环境日益严峻,发展中存在的问题也日渐突出。本文尝试就我国民营企业发展中存在的问题及相应的解决办法做一探析,以期借鉴。 Since the reform and opening up, the private enterprises in our country have been hovering and twists and turns since the twists and turns. Since the reform and opening up to the present day, they seem to be thriving and powerful. There are many real crises, many bottlenecks and insufficient capacity for sustainable development. With the gradual improvement of the market economy system in our country and the intensification of international competition, the living environment of the private-owned enterprises in our country is becoming more and more serious, and the problems in the development are increasingly prominent. This article tries to make an analysis on the existing problems in the development of private enterprises in our country and the corresponding solutions, with a view to learning from them.
