目的探讨人工培养的蝉花子实体对小鼠免疫功能的影响及其机制。方法 60只小鼠随机均分为六组:T1-T5组连续45d分别用蝉花子实体溶液1.7、8.3、16.7、33.3、50.0mg/ml灌胃,C组给予等体积双蒸水作为对照。计算脾脏、胸腺指数,行迟发型超敏反应(DTH)实验、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验、自然杀伤(NK)细胞杀伤活性实验和脾淋巴细胞转化实验。结果与C组相比,T1、T2、T5组脾脏指数和T1-T3组胸腺指数增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),T5组DTH实验结果阳性(P<0.01),T1组巨噬细胞吞噬指数增高(P<0.05),T1-T3组NK细胞活性增强(P<0.05或P<0.01),T2-T5组非诱导脾淋巴细胞增殖明显(P<0.01),T4、T5组诱导脾淋巴细胞增殖明显(P<0.01)。结论蝉花子实体能促进脾细胞增殖,增强NK细胞杀伤活性和巨噬细胞吞噬能力,从而增强机体免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of artificially cultivated cicadulis sinicus on immune function in mice. Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into six groups: T1-T5 group were administrated with 1.7, 8.3, 16.7, 33.3 and 50.0 mg / ml of Cordyceps fruiting bodies solution continuously for 45 days, and the same volume of double distilled water was given as control group. The spleen, thymus index, late-onset hypersensitivity (DTH), peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes, natural killer (NK) cell killing activity and spleen lymphocyte transformation were calculated. Results Compared with group C, the spleen index of T1, T2 and T5 groups were significantly increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01) (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The proliferation of non-induced splenic lymphocytes in T2-T5 group was significantly increased (P <0.01). The splenic index of phagocytosis was increased in T4 and T5 groups Lymphocyte proliferation was significantly (P <0.01). CONCLUSION Cicadaeia fructification can promote the proliferation of spleen cells, enhance the cytotoxic activity of NK cells and phagocytosis of macrophages, and enhance the immune function.
