随着城乡经济一体化的发展和新农村建设的开展,农村人民在生活和生产方式上都发生了一些改变,进而,农村文化也开始发生一系列的变化,如何在城镇化的进程中,既做到开发,又做到保护,是一个值得思考的课题。笔者从事相关工作多年,本文从此问题切入,探讨当前城镇化进程中农村文化保护与开发在认识和实际工作中存在的不足,并提出了政府、制度、保护、社会参与四个方面的对策建议。
With the development of urban-rural economic integration and the construction of new rural areas, some changes have taken place in the lifestyles and modes of production of rural people. In turn, a series of changes have taken place in rural areas. In the process of urbanization, Achieve development, but also to protect, is a question worth considering. The author engaged in related work for many years, this article from this issue into, discusses the current urbanization process of rural cultural protection and development in the understanding and practical work of the deficiencies, and proposed the government, the system, protection, social participation in four aspects of the proposals.
