本文介绍了普通高校军训工作实践中存在的问题,分析了当前基地化发展的现状,提出了基地化健康发展的思路。要为基地配备一支高素质的专业队伍;对各高校的训期要统筹安排,提高基地的利用率;加强理论教学的建设与培训工作,为地方高校培养一批军事教学骨干。 This article introduces the existing problems in the practice of military training in colleges and universities, analyzes the current situation of the development of the base and puts forward the train of thought for the healthy development of the base. It is necessary to equip the base with a contingent of highly qualified professionals; to arrange training sessions for all universities and improve the utilization rate of bases; and to strengthen the construction and training of theoretical teaching so as to train a batch of military teaching cadres for local colleges and universities.
