日本播磨冶炼厂采用铅锌密闭鼓风炉法(I.S.P)于1966年开始生产锌和铅,设计生产能力:锌3500吨/月、铅1500吨/月。随着生产技术的发展、操作效率的提高和设备的改进,产量翻了一番,产锌量达6600吨/月.产铅量2200吨/月。目前该厂已成为世界帝国熔炼法工厂中最佳厂家之一。本文介绍了关于富氧烧结机最近操作的实践。富氧烧结试验是从1984年7月至1985年6月间进行的。试验目的是为了提高烧结机的生产能力以解决烧结机和密闭鼓风炉间生产率不平衡的问题。在试生产中,烧结机小车速度保持不变,可使返粉率明显减少.从试验中可知使用富氧量500米3/时,脱硫率可提高10和左右。
