正常甲状腺分泌甲状腺激素(T_4、T_3),受垂体前叶产生的促甲状腺激素(TSH)调节,TSH 又受血液中甲状腺激素水平和促甲状腺激素释放激素(下视丘调节激素,TRH)控制。T_4、T_3下降,则TSH 升高,TSH 升高,导致T_4、T_3抑制,呈典型的负反馈机制。TSH 是糖蛋白,分子量28000,含有二个不同亚基(α与β),TRH 系焦谷氨酸、组氨酸及脯氨酸组成的三肽。
Normal thyroid secretes thyroid hormones (T_4 and T_3) and is regulated by thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) produced in the anterior pituitary. TSH is controlled by thyroid hormone levels and thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH) in the blood. T_4, T_3 decreased, the TSH increased, TSH increased, leading to T_4, T_3 inhibition, a typical negative feedback mechanism. TSH is a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 28,000 and tripeptide consisting of two different subunits (α and β), TRH-based pyroglutamic acid, histidine and proline.
