主体性教育明确指出:学生是教育的主体,自主性、主动性和创造性是其根本特性。笔者认为,在主体教育理念的指导下,应树立“主人、主体、主角”的人格本位的学生观,即:学生是学习的主人;学生是参与的主体;学生是课堂的主角。一、创设情境,体现主体性在教学中,教师要充当“基石”的作用。在学习的一开始,教师应铺垫合适的基石使学生做好学习新知识的准备,然后逐渐撤去基石,把管理、调控、指导学生的任务交给学生,最后让学生独立学习。在课堂内外,鼓励学生积极实践探索、
