只有当一个组织具有健全的工作制度并且得以良好的贯彻执行时,我们才说这个组织具有较好的管理制度和运行机制。所以,项目运行阶段,也应该需要一个适宜的组织管理结构,明确个人的管理职责和权限,任务到位,防止推脱和权力交叉的现象,组织管理结果可以体现在建立健全的岗位责任制上。赵固二矿在安全管理上结合自身实际情况创造了“433攻势足球”管理模式,并在在赵固二矿项目中收到了较好成果。
