首次对苏鲁皖三省跨断层流动水准测量资料进行了系统的分析，给出了去掉长趋势项的有异常活动的全部观测值曲线。结合地质构造，对其异常活动性质进行了逐一的分析。结果表明，１９９１年以来郯庐断裂带上的断层活动有加强的趋势，其南段多为张性，中、北段多为压性，茅山东侧断裂以压性为主。异常变化主要出现在１９９１年和１９９５年前后，推测新的区域地壳异常活动期已开始
For the first time, the data of cross-fault flow leveling in three provinces of Sulu-wan were systematically analyzed, and the curves of all the observed values with abnormal activities removed the long-term trend were given. Combined with the geological structure, the abnormal activity of the nature of a one by one analysis. The results show that the fault activity on the Tancheng-Lujiang fault zone tends to be strengthened since 1991, with the tensions in the southern part, the compressions in the middle part and the northern part, and the faults in the east of Maoshan are mainly compressive.
