目的微信群作为及时沟通交流的网络媒介,可以有效协助护理管理,探讨联合微信群的个体化健康教育对于2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者认知功能的改善作用。方法选取2016年1月—2016年6月中山大学附属东莞东华医院收治的110例T2DM患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。其中,观察组患者联合微信群行干预教育,对照组行常规干预,两组均干预6个月后对认知功能通过重复成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)量表进行评价,记录T2DM患者教育前后的临床数据变化。结果与对照组比较,观察组的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、总胆固醇值(TC)均有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而甘油三酯(TG)干预后两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组延迟记忆评分为(86.87±13.65)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合微信群的个体化健康教育在改善T2DM患者认知功能中的延迟记忆作用显著。
The purpose of WeChat group as a timely communication and communication network media, can effectively assist the nursing management, to explore the individual micro-channel health education on cognitive function in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Methods Totally 110 T2DM patients admitted from Donghua Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University from January 2016 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The intervention group and the control group received routine intervention, and the intervention group was given 6 weeks intervention. The cognitive function was evaluated by repeated sets of neurological and psychiatric status tests (RBANS) Clinical data changes. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of fasting blood glucose (FPG), Hb A1c, and total cholesterol (TC) in the observation group decreased significantly (P <0.05), and triglyceride There was no significant difference between the two groups after intervention (P> 0.05). The delayed memory score of the observation group was (86.87 ± 13.65) points higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The individualized health education of the joint micro-channel group plays a significant role in improving the delayed memory in the cognitive function of T2DM patients.
