采用360°绩效评估法对温州大学机电工程学院汽车专业往届毕业生进行绩效评估,评估结果一方面可以作为企业对本员工全面考核的依据,同时也作为汽车专业建设的效果重要的评价之一。评估结果显示本专业在培养学生工作技能和工作协调能力方面较突出,但在工作创新性以及管理能力上有一定欠缺,总体得分不佳。这给汽车服务类人才培养提供了重要的指导性意见,有助于汽车专业今后培养更加合格的人才。
The 360 ° performance evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of past graduates of Automotive Engineering School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Wenzhou University. On the one hand, the evaluation results can be used as the basis for the overall evaluation of the employees and as an important evaluation of the effect of the construction of the automotive industry. The evaluation results show that the major is more prominent in training students’ work skills and work coordination ability, but they are lack of work innovation and management skills, and the overall score is not good. This provides important guidance for the training of automotive service personnel and helps the automotive major to train more qualified personnel in the future.
