引言随着科学技术的迅速发展,在越来越广泛齣领域里需要有反射比标准,尤其是自六十年代遥感技术蓬勃开展以来,在物体辐射光谱特性的研究中,急需经过绝对校准的反射比标准来校准仪器和检定野外用的参考标准板。为此,我们在光谱光度计上,采用辅助积分球法建立了800~2000nm范围的反射比标准,以期达到统一量值的目的。现将测量原理、测量装置和试验结果分别介绍如下。一、测量原理在反射比的测量中,要测量被某表面反射的通量和入射在该表面上的通量是比较困难的,因此反射比的测量只是相对于一个已知值
INTRODUCTION With the rapid development of science and technology, there is a need for reflectance standards in an increasingly wide area.
