本文对于大气压力附近向下流动的水蒸汽在立管内膜状冷凝时的试验数据进行了整理,并得到了局部和平均放热系数。试验在内径14mm,长1965mm的碳钢管内进行,蒸汽入口干度x_1=1,蒸汽出口干度x_2=0~0.209。试验中雷诺数范围为350~2611。试验结果给出了由层流区到过渡区的临界雷诺数为800。根据理论分析和试验数据,作者提出了层流区和过渡区内的局部及平均放热系数的半经验计算式。计算值和测量值之间的误差小于18%。本文与其他文献进行了比较。
In this paper, the test data of water vapor flowing down near the atmospheric pressure in the film-like condensation in the riser was sorted out, and the local and average exothermic coefficients were obtained. The test was carried out in a carbon steel tube having an inner diameter of 14 mm and a length of 1965 mm. The steam inlet dryness x_1 = 1 and the steam outlet dryness x_2 = 0 to 0.209. Reynolds number in the range of 350 ~ 2611. The experimental results show that the critical Reynolds number from the laminar flow zone to the transition zone is 800. According to the theoretical analysis and experimental data, the authors proposed a semi-empirical formula for calculating the local and average exothermic coefficients in the laminar and transition regions. The error between the calculated value and the measured value is less than 18%. This article is compared with other documents.
