目的:探讨膀胱肠瘘诊疗方法。方法:回顾性分析6例膀胱肠瘘的治疗情况,结合文献就膀胱肠瘘的诊治问题进行讨论。结果:全部病例术前得到明确诊断,排泄性尿路造影是最重要的诊断方法。部分患者经抗感染及对症治疗痊愈,其他患者经手术治疗后痊愈。结论:膀胱肠瘘术前诊断较容易,如抗感染及对症治疗无效,则手术是主要的治疗方法。
Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of bladder intestinal fistula. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 6 cases of bladder fistula treatment, combined with the literature on the diagnosis and treatment of bladder fistula were discussed. Results: All cases were diagnosed preoperatively and excretion urography was the most important diagnostic method. Some patients were cured by anti-infective and symptomatic treatment, others were cured after surgery. Conclusion: Preoperative diagnosis of bladder fistula easier, such as anti-infective and symptomatic treatment is invalid, the surgery is the main treatment.
