三环类抗抑郁剂（TCA）治疗抑郁症、抑郁性神经症等伴有抑郁焦虑症状的疾病，疗效是肯定的。然而TCA引起的副反应往往使许多患者难以耐受而中断治疗，笔者应用增液场治疗TCA引起的副反应并进行了对照观察。临床资料观察对象来自门诊患者76例，住院患者57例，均符合中国精神疾病 Tricyclic antidepressants (TCA) are used to treat depression, depressive neurosis, and other diseases accompanied by symptoms of depression and anxiety. The efficacy is positive. However, the side effects caused by TCA often make it difficult for many patients to tolerate and interrupt the treatment. The authors applied the fluid field to treat the side effects caused by TCA and conducted a controlled observation. The clinical data were observed in 76 outpatients and 57 inpatients, all in compliance with mental illness in China.
