【目的】研究低温环境对智利小植绥螨存活和生殖力的影响,为智利小植绥螨人工繁殖以及在田间释放提供理论依据。【方法】采用室内和低温条件下冷藏观察的方法。【结果】智利小植绥螨短期冷藏的最适温度为6~9℃,长期冷藏最适温度为6℃。在0、3、6和9℃四个温度下冷藏5 d后,对产卵量无太大影响。0℃下冷藏10 d后产卵量下降,但在3、6和9℃三个温度下冷藏10 d对智利小植绥螨的产卵量差异不显著,产卵数量随着冷藏时间的延长而略有增加;智利小植绥螨在0和9℃下冷藏15和20 d后,其产卵量显著下降,在3和6℃下15和20 d后冷藏对其产卵产生积极影响,产卵量略微上升。【结论】智利小植绥螨短期冷藏的最适温度为6~9℃,长期冷藏最适温度为6℃。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of low temperature on survival and fecundity of Chilean phyllostachys mites and to provide a theoretical basis for the artificial reproduction and the release of the plantlets in the field in Chile. 【Method】 The method of observation by refrigeration at room temperature and low temperature was adopted. 【Result】 The optimum temperature for short-term cold-storage was 6 ~ 9 ℃ in Chile and 6 ℃ in long-term storage. After being stored at four temperatures of 0, 3, 6 and 9 ℃ for 5 days, the fecundity was not affected much. The number of eggs laid decreased at 0 ℃ for 10 days, but the number of eggs laid in Chilean phytoseiid mites did not show significant difference after being stored at 3, 6 and 9 ℃ for 10 days. The number of eggs laid increased with the increase of cold storage time But slightly increased. After hatching for 15 and 20 days at 0 and 9 ℃, the oviposition rate of Chilean phytase mites decreased significantly. After cooling for 15 and 20 days at 3 and 6 ℃, their oviposition had a positive effect, Fecundity increased slightly. 【Conclusion】 The optimum temperature for short-term cold storage of Chilean phytoseiidae is 6 ~ 9 ℃, and the optimum temperature for long-term storage is 6 ℃.
