本文阐述的清代上海盐政若干问题,主要是指清代上海地区的盐场、盐务及盐业城镇。宋元时期,上海盐业盛极一时,至明清,呈下落态势。至清末,仅存浦东、横浦等七个盐场。但清代的上海南盐场对上海沿海地区经济开发作用甚大:(1)为封建国家提供了稳定的海盐专卖收入;(2)使沿海土地得以开发垦殖;(3)促进了上海沿海地区内河航运的发展;(4)兴起了一大批盐业城镇,有的盐业城镇发展成为地区性的商业贸易中心。
This article elaborates on a number of issues related to the Salt Administration in Shanghai in the Qing Dynasty, mainly referring to saltworks, salinas and salt-based towns in the Qing Dynasty in Shanghai. During the Song and Yuan dynasties, Shanghai Salt Industry flourished for a while to the Ming and Qing Dynasties. To the late Qing Dynasty, only Pudong, Yokogawa and other salt salvage. However, the Shanghai South Saltworks in the Qing Dynasty played a very significant role in the economic development of Shanghai’s coastal areas: (1) providing stable sea salt monopoly revenues to feudal countries; (2) enabling coastal land development and reclamation; (3) promoting inland shipping in Shanghai’s coastal areas (4) a large number of salt cities and towns have emerged, and some salt cities and towns have developed into regional commercial and trade centers.
