本文论述了处于战略转型中的中国石油公司教育培训资源整合的实质和内容。通过分析石油教育培训与石油经营之间的关系,以及对石油教育培训业务的经济学、管理学分析,对石油教育培训业务本身有了深入的认识和理解。通过识别处于战略转型中的石油公司的基本特征,深入分析了石油公司发展对石油教育培训的影响,论述了石油公司的发展对教育培训提出的要求。在上述基础上,提出了石油公司教育培训资源整合的总体原则,整合的重点、难点内容,相关解决措施等。
This article discusses the substance and content of the integration of education and training resources of Chinese oil companies in strategic transformation. Through the analysis of the relationship between petroleum education and training and oil management, as well as the economics and management analysis of petroleum education and training business, we have a deep understanding and understanding of the oil education and training business itself. By identifying the basic characteristics of oil companies in the process of strategic transformation, this paper deeply analyzes the influence of the development of oil companies on the education and training of petroleum, and discusses the requirements of education and training for the development of oil companies. On the basis of the above, the author puts forward the general principle of integration of education and training resources of oil companies, the key points of the integration, the content of the difficulties and the related solutions.
