阅读意识的自觉是学校素质教育的首要因素,是教师专业发展的根本动力,是学生健康成长的第一内因,是家长搞好家庭教育的“不二法门”。为了激发和唤起教师、学生和家长的阅读的自觉性,我校运用经典的和前沿的阅读和实践震撼教师、学生和家长的心灵。开展了丰富多彩、卓有成效的读书实践,使“阅读力”真正成为学校改革与发展的动力源泉,而且形成了由教师读书、学生读书、家长读书构成的“书香 Consciousness of reading consciousness is the primary factor in school quality education, the fundamental motivation of teachers ’professional development, the first internal cause of students’ healthy growth, and the ”only way“ for parents to do well in family education.
