目的探讨研究生的睡眠质量情况及其与应对方式的关系。方法用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和应对方式问卷(CSQ)对高校一年级研究生的睡眠和应对方式进行了调查。结果PSQI总均分为5.28±2.96,睡眠障碍发生率为21.6%;PSQI总分与幻想,退避,合理化,消极应对,自责有显著性相关;多元回归分析表明自责的应对方式进入了回归方程。结论减少消极的应对方式,增强积极应对方式,可以改善研究生的睡眠情况。
Objective To explore the relationship between sleep quality and coping styles of postgraduates. Methods Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) were used to investigate the sleep and coping styles of first year college students. Results The total score of PSQI was 5.28 ± 2.96 and the incidence of sleep disorders was 21.6%. The total score of PSQI was significantly correlated with fantasy, withdrawal, rationalization, negative coping and self-blame. Multivariate regression analysis showed that coping style of self-blame entered regression equation. Conclusion Reducing negative coping styles and enhancing positive coping styles can improve postgraduate sleep status.
