笔者针对当前高校外文阅览室的服务现状,从几个方面论述探讨了高校外文阅览室人性化服务策略,以期对提高高校外文阅览室的服务质量有所帮助。
In view of the current service status of foreign language reading room in colleges and universities, the author discusses the humanized service strategy of foreign language reading room in several aspects and hopes to help to improve the service quality of foreign language reading room in colleges and universities.
