随着企业转换经营机制进一步深化,要求职工医院也要面向地方服务。为了适应我院对外开放服务后的临床工作需要,我院从1989年起,重视和加强了医务人员的外培内训工作,采取了有计划,有目的选送业务骨干外出进修学习;同时在院内多形式、多层次的开展职工业务自训,坚持技术投资,鼓励自学成才,使我院医务人员的整体素质不断提高,促进了我院整体工作的发展。
As the business transformation mechanism is further deepened, employees’ hospitals must also be oriented to local services. In order to adapt to the clinical work needs of our hospital after opening up to the outside world, our hospital has been paying attention to and strengthening the training of internships for medical personnel since 1989. It has adopted a plan and purposely selected and sent the backbone of the business to go out for further studies; meanwhile, it is in the hospital. The multi-form and multi-level self-education of employee business, adherence to technology investment, encourage self-taught learning, continuously improve the overall quality of medical staff in our hospital, and promote the development of the overall work of our hospital.
