[目的]针对胺菊酯使用中存在的问题,制备性能优异的微胶囊。[方法]采用溶剂蒸发法,以乙基纤维素为壁材,二氯甲烷为溶剂,通过优化工艺参数制备胺菊酯微胶囊,并对微胶囊性能进行表征。[结果]以1.2%乙基纤维素,35%二氯甲烷,4%乳化剂R成功制备了大小均匀,形状规则,结构完整的胺菊酯微胶囊,平均粒径为56.8μm,包封率为50.7%,该微胶囊在乙腈水溶液中的释放机制为Non-Fickian扩散,与原药相比,微胶囊具有显著的缓释性能。[结论]溶剂蒸发法具有工艺简单、制备周期短、溶剂可回收、微胶囊外形好、缓释效果突出等特点,有利于胺菊酯的安全、有效使用。
[Objective] The research aimed to prepare the microcapsules with excellent performance according to the problems existed in the use of tetramethrin. [Method] The microencapsule microcapsules were prepared by solvent evaporation method using ethyl cellulose as the wall material and dichloromethane as the solvent, and the microencapsulation performance was characterized by optimizing the technological parameters. [Result] Tetramethrin microcapsules with uniform size, regular shape and complete structure were successfully prepared with 1.2% ethyl cellulose, 35% dichloromethane and 4% emulsifier R. The average particle size was 56.8μm. The entrapment efficiency Was 50.7%. The release mechanism of the microcapsules in acetonitrile aqueous solution was Non-Fickian diffusion. Compared with the original drug, the microcapsules had a remarkable sustained release performance. [Conclusion] The solvent evaporation method has the advantages of simple process, short preparation period, recyclable solvent, good microcapsule appearance and prominent slow release effect, which is in favor of the safe and effective use of tetramethrin.
