目的:利用锥形束CT(CBCT)对左侧完全性唇腭裂患者的气道及颅面形态与Ⅰ类错畸形患者进行对比研究,为临床治疗提供指导和支持。方法:选取左侧完全性唇腭裂患者[年龄(11.3±1.49)岁]及Ⅰ类错畸形患者[年龄(12.5±1.01)岁]各22例为实验组及对照组,利用Dolphin软件对其气道及颅面三维形态进行对比分析。结果:实验组的口咽体积、气道总体积以及最小横截面积均显著小于对照组(P<0.05),其上颌长度、SNA角、下颌升支长度、下颌长度、ANB也显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左侧唇腭裂患者的口咽气道体积明显小于Ⅰ类错畸形患者,其上、下颌骨发育均有不足,但以上颌骨发育不足为主。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the airway and craniofacial morphology in patients with complete cleft lip and palate with type Ⅰ malocclusion in cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and provide guidance and support for clinical treatment. Methods: 22 cases of complete cleft lip and palate patients [age (11.3 ± 1.49) years old) and class Ⅰ malformation patients (age (12.5 ± 1.01) years old] were selected as the experimental group and the control group. Dolphin software Road and craniofacial three-dimensional morphology comparative analysis. Results: The maxillofacial length, SNA angle, mandibular ascending branch length, mandibular length and ANB in the experimental group were significantly smaller than those in the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The oropharyngeal airway volume of patients with cleft lip and palate is significantly less than that of patients with type Ⅰ malocclusion. The upper and lower jaws are deficient in development, but the majority of the development of the lower jaw is underdeveloped.
