紫露草雄蕊毛突变技术是对诱变剂非常有效的检测方法之一,得到世界卫生组织化学品安全项目检测国际协作骨干会议肯定,并向国际社会推广应用。我们首次利用此方法对漓江及其支流进行环境诱变剂的检测,结果为漓江干流市区控制段面斗鸡山中、右;龙门右及支流南门桥、宁远河、南溪河与对照组相比有显著性差异(t>2.0),提示漓江及其支流受到不同程度的环境诱变剂污染。其污染可能来源与排入河内的工业污水有关。
It is one of the most effective detection methods for mutagens. It has been affirmed by the backbone conference of international collaborative testing of chemical safety projects of WHO and has been promoted to the international community. For the first time, we use this method to detect environmental mutagens in the Lijiang River and its tributaries. The results show that in the urban control section of the Lijiang River, (T> 2.0), suggesting that Lijiang River and its tributaries are contaminated by different levels of environmental mutagens. The sources of pollution may be related to the industrial effluent discharged into Hanoi.
