一、前言场效应功率管以其独特的性能和优势,同双极性功率晶体管相抗衡,使脉宽调制型的开关电源面临新的突破。开关工作频率可以从目前的25~50 K Hz提高到200 K Hz甚至500 K Hz。由于电源的高频化,大大缩小了电源的体积,这对于紧缩电子设备的体积和适用于高密度集成化的电路是必不可少的。近几年来美国、日本先后研制了场效应功率管,有的甚至已经制成了500 KHz的开关电源。本文对用场效应功率管作开关管的高频化开关电源的有关问题作了介绍。
First, the foreword Field effect Power tube with its unique performance and advantages, with bipolar power transistor to contend, so that the pulse width modulation switching power supply is facing a new breakthrough. Switching frequency can be increased from the current 25 ~ 50 K Hz to 200 K Hz or even 500 K Hz. Due to the high frequency of the power supply, the size of the power supply is greatly reduced, which is essential for tightening the volume of the electronic equipment and suitable for a high-density integrated circuit. In recent years, the United States, Japan has developed a field effect power tube, and some even made 500 KHz switching power supply. In this paper, the field-effect power tube for high-frequency switching power supply switching the relevant issues are introduced.
