目的:探讨复方甘麦大枣颗粒对利血平致抑郁模型大鼠脑组织5-HT和5-HTR1A的影响。方法:以腹腔注射利血平制作抑郁模型大鼠,采用ELISA法测定大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质5-羟色胺(5-HT)和5-羟色胺受体(5-HTR1A)的含量,以盐酸氟西汀为对照,观察甘麦大枣颗粒加味对上述各项指标的影响。结果:模型组大鼠肛温明显降低(P<0.05),脑组织中5-HT、5-HTR1A浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,盐酸氟西汀组和复方甘麦大枣颗粒组大鼠肛温明显升高(P<0.05),脑组织中5-HT、5-HTR1A浓度明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘麦大枣颗粒治疗抑郁症与调节脑内单胺类神经递质有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Compound Ganmai Jujube Granules on 5-HT and 5-HTR1A in rat brain induced by reserpine. Methods: Depression model rats were made by intraperitoneal injection of reserpine, and the content of monoamine neurotransmitters 5-HT and 5-HTR1A in rat brain were determined by ELISA. Fluoxetine hydrochloride as a control, observed sweet and sour jujube particles on the above indicators. Results: The rectal temperature of the model group decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the concentration of 5-HT and 5-HTR1A in the brain tissue increased significantly (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the rectal temperature of fluoxetine hydrochloride group and compound Ganmai jujube granule group were significantly increased (P <0.05), and the concentrations of 5-HT and 5-HTR1A in brain tissue were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The compound Ganmai jujube granules for the treatment of depression and the regulation of monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain.
