目的探讨耳别对新生儿听力筛查通过率的影响。方法回顾性分析深圳市第二人民医院2009年1月-2012年12月3842例接受听力筛查的新生儿资料,所有新生儿在出生后3~5d使用畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)进行左耳和右耳听力筛查,对筛查的通过率进行统计分析。结果右耳筛查通过率为96.5%,左耳筛查通过率为95.1%,右耳通过率高于左耳。结论耳别对新生儿听力筛查通过率有影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of ear to hearing screening rate of newborn. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 3842 neonates receiving hearing screening from January 2009 to December 2012 in Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital. All newborns were treated with Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emission (DPOAE) at 3 ~ 5 days after birth Ear and right ear hearing screening, statistical analysis of screening pass rate. Results The screening rate of the right ear was 96.5%, the pass rate of the left ear was 95.1%, and the rate of the right ear was higher than that of the left ear. Conclusion Fetal effect on neonatal hearing screening rate.
