中国的传统文化,指中国世世代代相传,具有特点的制度、思想、文化的总和,它是包括习惯、风俗、心理、道德、文学、艺术等观念形态的思想文化。企业管理经过了从小到大,从很弱到强,从人治到法治过程,这一过程可以说符合中国传统文化发展的脉络,从实践中证明,中国传统文化精华经过“创造性的转换”而形成的“以人为本”思想、“义利相统一”的企业精神、竞争与和谐统一的“双赢”模式、开拓创新的企业追求,在现代企业建设中已经产生了积极的作用,这点对于建筑企业的管理来说就显得十分重要。
