目的 观察甲壳胺对修复性牙本质形成的作用。方法 实验组用甲壳胺进行小型猪牙盖髓实验 ,对照组用氢氧化钙 ,盖髓后 2周、4周、13周观察其组织病理学改变。结果 术后 2周 ,在穿髓孔下方可见修复性牙本质团块形成 ,团块周围有类成牙本质细胞围绕 ,在牙髓和盖髓材料之间无坏死层。术后 4周 ,修复性牙本质呈桥形。术后 13周 ,有完整、致密的牙本质桥形成。结论 用甲壳胺盖髓 ,能诱导修复性牙本质形成 ,并有良好的生物相容性
Objective To observe the effect of chitosan on reparative dentin formation. Methods The experimental group was treated with chitosan captopril by chitosan, and the control group was observed histopathological changes at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 13 weeks after calcium hydroxide treatment. RESULTS: Two weeks after surgery, reparative dentin clumps were formed beneath the perforation of the pulp hole, with odontoblasts surrounding the clumps and no necrotic layer between the pulp and the pulp capping material. Four weeks after surgery, the reparative dentin was bridged. After 13 weeks, a complete and dense dentin bridge was formed. Conclusion Capsular capping can induce reparative dentin formation and has good biocompatibility
