针对装载机循环工况的动力输出规律,提出混合动力装载机的7种节能途径,并对每种途径的节能贡献率和当前技术条件下实现的难易程度做出简要的评估。对当前出现的各种混合动力装载机的结构方案及其节能效果进行分类比较和评价,认为当前装载机的节能技术主要分为两类,一类是提高一次能源利用率,另一类是提高变矩传动效率,仅做到一方面节能效果不理想,同时在两方面改进方能收到满意的节能效果。最后,提出一种电力变矩混合动力装载机的结构方案,该方案既可以提高一次能源利用率又可以提高变矩传动效率,还可以在电力变矩过程中回收发动机的盈余功率,是一种较理想的混合动力装载机结构方案。
