高校是我国现代人才培养的重要基地,会计专业是培养我国市场经济发展所需专业人才的重要保障。随着我国社会经济发展速度不断加快,我国现代企业制度逐步建立,企业面临的更多复杂多变的环境。会计在企业管理和发展决策中的作用日益重要,对人才的需求不断增多,人才的要求层次也在逐步提升。高校会计类专业人才培养一定要立足现实,研究存在的问题,不断改进教育和人才培养策略,努力向社会推送更多的高质量人才。
Colleges and universities are an important base for cultivating modern talents in our country. Accounting major is an important guarantee for cultivating the professionals needed for the development of market economy in our country. With the continuous acceleration of the social and economic development in our country, the modern enterprise system in our country is being gradually established and the enterprises are facing more complex and ever-changing environment. The role of accounting in corporate management and development decisions is increasingly important, the demand for qualified personnel is increasing, and the level of qualified personnel is gradually increasing.
