本研究历经三年通过一系列试验分析,结果表明:沼液浸种能有效地提高早稻秧苗的抗寒能力,可防止烂秧,提高成苗率8%~15%。其主要生理效应有以下几方面,(1)在低温胁迫下有效地降低了早稻秧苗叶片细胞膜的透性,电导率和钾离子外渗相应下降。(2)相对地提高了秧苗叶内游离脯氨酸的含量和膜脂脂肪酸不饱和度。(3)缓解了低温胁迫下秧苗叶片叶绿素、抗坏血酸含量下降和过氧化物酶以及根系活力的降低。(4)保持了秧苗叶内较高的含水量,减轻叶片的枯萎程度。(5)经沼液浸种的秧苗在低温后的恢复时期,存活率和秧苗素质明显高于对照。
The results of this study after a series of tests over the past three years showed that soaking seedlings with biogas slurry could effectively improve the cold resistance of early rice seedlings and prevent rotted seedlings and improve seedling emergence rate by 8% -15%. The main physiological effects are as follows: (1) Under low temperature stress, the permeability of the cell membrane of early rice seedling leaves is reduced effectively, and the conductivity and potassium extravasation decrease correspondingly. (2) Relatively increased content of free proline in seedling leaves and fatty acid unsaturation of membrane lipid. (3) The chlorophyll, ascorbic acid content and the peroxidase and root activity of seedling leaves were relieved under low temperature stress. (4) to maintain a higher seedling leaf water content, reduce the degree of leaf wilt. (5) The survival rate and seedling quality of the seedlings soaked by biogas slurry were significantly higher than those of the control at the recovery stage after low temperature.
