当前,中等职业学校的招生形势非常严峻,生源素质有所下降。部分学生背负后进生标签,心理不够健康,人格不够健全,而有无健全人格是直接影响个体成才和社会发展的重要因素。人格教育是语文教学的重要内容,语文教学由片面强调传授语文知识、技能、技巧,转向通过培养良好的语文学习习惯塑造健全的人格。在语文教学中,因势利导,引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观。深刻剖析课文中的人物形象,引导中职生感悟人生,让学生在获得知识、技能的同时获得了健全人格的培养。
