在国内下游市场旺盛的需求和国家政策扶持下,2009年我国石油和化工行业在经济寒潮中实现回升向好。今年仍将保持这一发展趋势,预计全年行业的总产值增加13%～15%。
In the domestic downstream market and the strong demand of national policy support, in 2009 China’s oil and chemical industry in the cold economy to achieve a rebound. This year will continue to maintain this trend of development. It is estimated that the industry’s total output value will increase by 13% to 15%.
