铁路工程的不断发展,对于监理工作提出了更高的要求,需完善铁路监理改革,组建高素质的监理队伍,保证铁路工程的稳定运行,促进铁路工程建设可持续发展。鉴于此,本文主要探讨了铁路监理改革的措施,并对如何加强监理队伍建设进行了分析。
The continuous development of railway projects puts forward higher requirements for supervisory work. It is necessary to perfect the reform of railway supervision, establish a high-quality supervision team, ensure the stable operation of railway projects and promote the sustainable development of railway construction. In view of this, this article mainly discusses the measures of railway supervision reform, and analyzes how to strengthen the construction of supervision team.
