综述了遗传和非遗传因素对花生蛋白影响的研究进展,以及花生蛋白的应用前景,并针对我国在花生蛋白加工利用方面的欠缺提出了几点建议。
The research progress on the influence of genetic and non-genetic factors on peanut protein and the application prospect of peanut protein are reviewed. Some suggestions are put forward in light of the deficiency of peanut protein processing and utilization in China.
