随着国民经济的发展,济南供电局供电范围年年扩大。供电容量逐年增加,每年都有新建、扩建、生产改进、电网改造等工程,这些工程的设计,施工均需借助于原工程档案。因此,我局科技档案的正常工作绝大部分是为这些工程提供利用,同时每年按归档要求对竣工后的科技文件材料,进行收集、整理归档。
With the development of the national economy, Jinan Power Supply Bureau to expand the scope of supply every year. Power supply capacity increased year by year every year, new construction, expansion, production improvements, power grids and other projects, the design and construction of these projects are subject to the original project files. Therefore, most of the normal work of our bureau’s scientific and technological archives is to provide the utilization for these projects. At the same time, the completed scientific and technical documents and materials are collected, sorted and filed every year according to the archiving requirements.
