MRI增强在脑转移瘤诊断中的价值

目的:探讨MRI运用Gd-DTPA(钆喷酸葡胺)增强对脑转移瘤在诊断价值。方法:加顾分析30例脑转移瘤病人平扫及增强MRI资料。结果:平扫检出56个转移灶,增强扫描检出102个转移灶,幕上者20例,幕下者3例,幕上幕下者6例,1例位于脑干,合并脑膜转移的3例。平扫检出病灶最小直径0.8cm,增强的检出病灶最小直径0.3cm。结论:MRI增强检出转移灶数目明显多于平扫,且能发现更小的转移灶,从而明确转移瘤发生的部位、数目、大小,以达到早期诊断的目的。 Objective: To investigate the use of Gd-DTPA (gadopentetate dimeglumine) in MRI in the diagnosis of brain metastases. Methods: Analysis of 30 cases of brain metastases patients with plain and enhanced MRI data. Results: 56 metastases were detected by plain scan and 102 metastases were detected by enhanced scanning. There were 20 cases on the screen, 3 cases under the screen, 6 cases under the screen and 1 case on the brainstem, and 3 cases with meningeal metastasis . The minimum diameter of the lesion detected by plain scan was 0.8cm, and the smallest diameter of the lesion detected was 0.3cm. Conclusion: The number of metastases detected by MRI enhanced significantly more than that of plain scan, and smaller metastases can be found, so that the location, number and size of metastases can be clarified in order to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis.
