针对农村社会事务管理工作面广量大、头绪繁多这一状况,汶上县白石镇寨子社区以农村社区建设为契机,积极探索建设服务型党组织,建立了“支部+老年协会”新模式,集中破解基层党组织服务难题,成功走出了“支部抓经济、协会搞服务、群众齐参与”的农村社会事务管理新路子。
In response to the situation of a large number of rural social affairs management and numerous issues, the community in Zhaizi, Baishi Town, Wenshang County, took the opportunity of building rural communities and actively explored the construction of service-oriented party organizations and established the “branch + elderly association” Model, and focused on cracking down on the service problems of grass-roots party organizations and succeeded in stepping out of a new way of managing social affairs in rural areas with the support of the CPC Central Committee and the participation of the masses in the service.
