体育与健康课程确立了“健康第一”的指导思想,形成了学生参与、运动技能、身体发展、心理健康、社会适应等五个维度体系,把学生的健康意识、终身意识、全民健身意识和交往合作意识作为重点,充分照顾到学生的兴趣爱好和满足学生的需要。重视学生的主体地位,关注学生的个体差异、个性培养,培养学生自主学习、主动学习、创造学习的良好能力,确保人人享受体育的乐趣。体育教师必须重新认识教学规律,适时更新教学理念,大胆创新教学方法,优化教学环境,打造高效课堂。
