张姓女孩,1岁8个月,济南人,住院号22034。因发热2天、抽风3次及全身出现广泛性的出血疹,于1964年4月2日下午3时40分由某医院转来我院。体检:体温38.9℃,脉搏168次/分,呼吸60次/分,血压54/20毫米汞柱。神志不清,右眼内皆处有一粟粒大的出血点,面部及躯干均有大小不等散在的瘀斑,四肢及臀部的瘀斑融合成片。心率168次/分。肝在肋缘下1厘米,剑突下2厘米。颈有抵抗感,生理反射減弱。化验:白细胞33400,中性89％,淋巴8％,单核3％。
