将无限元引入了条形传递函数方法并用于对光波导的分析。为了对光波导的无穷区域进行处理引入了两种无限单元 ,一种为解析方向单元 ,另一种为离散方向单元。在构造无限元的过程中 ,为了求解方便 ,利用光波导标量波动方程的特点引入了二阶传递函数解法。最后以矩形波导为例计算并与其他方法进行了比较 ,结果表明本方法在分析光波导在近截止频率附近的传播特性方面优势明显 ,并可节省大量的计算
The finite element method is introduced into the strip transfer function and used to analyze the optical waveguide. In order to process the infinite region of the optical waveguide, two kinds of infinite elements are introduced, one is the directional directional element and the other is the discrete directional element. In the process of constructing the infinite element, in order to facilitate the solution, the second-order transfer function method is introduced using the characteristics of the optical waveguide scalar wave equation. Finally, the rectangular waveguides are taken as examples and compared with other methods. The results show that this method has obvious advantages in analyzing the propagation characteristics of optical waveguides near the near-cutoff frequency and can save a lot of computation
